  The renovations to this place, make it a much improved bowling alley. I though the food was pretty decent for a bowling alley and the server for our lane was very friendly. However, it took 20 minutes to receive our second round of drinks. Going to the bar would have been much quicker. Additionally, I thought the price per game was a bit high and the service was poor at best. A little into our second game (3rd frame), our lane broke and it seemed to take nearly 30 minutes before we were finally moved over a lane to continue. Then, with it being open bowl, the front check-in desk kept putting new bowlers on our old broken lane. We would explain each group of bowlers what happened to us and advised asking for another lane. The first group returned to check-in and were given a new lane, but a second group was insistent the lane was fine. However, one ball in and the system did not work. I do not understand why that lane wasn't taken offline for repair and customers were continually assigned to a bad lane.

  I planned a party at 9pm on a Saturday night (without reservations). I could not have been happier. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our lanes but didn't mind waiting in the bar. The bowling, music, atmosphere was great! Not over priced either! Dennis at the counter was great- He had his hands full, but handled it well.
  My only criticism would be for the bar itself. They were very understaffed. We had to wait longer than usual for a drink, sometimes because they had to wash a glass. They clearly needed to be better organized and prepared- I cant imagine it was a surprise that they were busy on a Saturday night.
  Overall, I would recommend Bowlero for a date night, group outing or families! Thank you!

  I went to the bar with some friends. They ordered and received their drinks within five minutes. When I ordered only two drinks I had to wait 10 minutes for him to even take my order. When he took my order the FIRST time he wandered off and served other customers that arrived after me. When he came and took my order the second time, charged my card, and then I waited another 10 minutes while he served more people but he didn't even try to start making those two drinks. Then he charged my card for 17.38 but my two drinks were listed on the 3.00 special menu. The receipt showed where he voided a drink out but then added it again twice. I'm sorry but six dollars plus tax does not add up to 17 something. So when he finally arrived with one of the two drinks I mentioned the charge fee card and it took him a long time to even correct that. Normally I don't make a fuss about these situations but this was absolutely ridiculous because the bar was not that busy. Customers arrived here and there and I'm no a picky person if I'm accidentally skipped but last night I was completely ignored for a long time and it was rude as hell. He looked at me multiple times as I was trying to get his attention and still ignored me.
