  I ordered food from Yin's on June 20th, 2016. My order took an extra hour to arrive due to lack of care in the kitchen. Shelley (the manager) was super nice to me until I called back when I was missing an item. She insisted that it was in the bag because "she packed it herself". Receiving that item took an additional 45 minutes. They don't train their employees properly and don't staff enough drivers to get their deliveries out in a timely manor. The delivery boy was one of my former high school colleagues. I tipped incredibly well because the pay rate here is about $6.50. And nobody going to college can live off of that. Overall will probably not be going back.

  I had never ordered here before and walked in. The owner was great. I have many allergies and she was able to recommend something on the menu with modifications. We talked about food while I waited for my order. I was very pleased, and I'll definitely order from here again.

  Hands down, the best Chinese food restaurant in Naperville. My family has been going here as long as I can remember and no other place is quiet the same.
